Workshop: Yoga with Mum!

Σε αυτό το workshop, οι μαμάδες και τα παιδιά τους, θα βελτιώσουν τη φυσική κατάσταση και την ισορροπία τους, θα ενισχύσουν την συγκέντρωσή τους, θα παίξουν και θα απολαύσουν λίγο χρόνο μαζί!
Φορέστε άνετα ρούχα και καλτσούλες και ελάτε να παίξουμε με την ισορροπία μας!
Συμμετέχοντες: 30 παιδιά
* Κάθε μαθητής θα συμμετέχει με τη μαμά του (ή κάποιον ενήλικα). Πριν το workshop θα λάβετε μία λίστα με γενικές οδηγίες και τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό.
