In collaboration with the Inter-university – Inter-department Masters Programme ‘Debating, Human Sciences and Education’.
The effective use of the principles of communication, persuasion strategies, and speech and message decoding techniques are essential elements in education concerning:
- structured thinking
- comprehensive reasoning
- the development of logic
- the recognition, control and correct management of falsehoods during interactions.
Through the approach of different visions of reality and its variants, rhetoric, both as a science and as an art, promotes critical and creative thinking through the development of specific mechanisms by age group in such a way as to develop communication skills.
In this context, during the Camp, PYP students (Years 4-6), as well as MYP students, will have the opportunity to attend important lectures and take part in experiential workshops such as:
– Creative thinking and innovation
-Body Language, drama and communication
-Communication and persuasion strategies
-Poetry writing and connotations
