{"id":22925,"date":"2019-07-15T16:22:32","date_gmt":"2019-07-15T13:22:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgs.gr\/?p=22925"},"modified":"2019-07-25T15:32:48","modified_gmt":"2019-07-25T12:32:48","slug":"ib-diploma-programme-results-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgs.gr\/en\/ib-diploma-programme-results-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"IB Diploma Programme Results 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row padding_top=&#8221;0&#8243; padding_bottom=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;<em>Celebrating Success at CGS<\/em>&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h4|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]Congratulations to CGS graduates for the excellent results in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme examinations. \u00a0We also thank the IB DP faculty for their important role in our students\u2019 success.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>96.7%<\/strong> of CGS candidates were awarded the IB Diploma as compared to <strong>77.4% <\/strong>awarded worldwide<\/li>\n<li>CGS students averaged an overall score of <strong>35.1<\/strong> as compared to the worldwide average of <strong>29.6<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>34.5%<\/strong> of CGS students received 38 points and higher, an exceptional result leading to entry to the world\u2019s top-ranked universities<\/li>\n<li><strong>34.5%<\/strong> of CGS students were awarded <strong>3 Bonus Points<\/strong> from the Extended Essay and TOK Essay assessment, as compared to the worldwide percentage of <strong>7.9%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Two <\/strong>CGS students achieved<strong> an overall score of 44 points<\/strong>, an accomplishment made by less than 1% of IB DP students worldwide.
