Sui is launching the curriculum at the Costeas – Geitonas School (CGS) near Athens with plans for global expansion in the near future.<\/p>\n

The Sui Foundation, a state-of-the-art blockchain platform which has been achieving network milestones at a remarkable pace, joined with officials from Costeas – Geitonas School (CGS) to announce the launch of a groundbreaking Web3 curriculum for highschool students entitled, \u201cBlockchain and Business Innovation.\u201d
\nThe pilot program for this immersive technology course officially kicked off on September 20 at the CGS High School with an inaugural class of 18 student enrollees. CGS core mission is to provide an academic setting where students\u2019 skills and character can flourish to the fullest extent, in part through meaningful connections between their classrooms and real life experiences.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am particularly proud of this initiative because it instills in these young students a deep understanding of a technology that is going to be essential for their future,\u201d said Greg Siourounis, Managing Director of the Sui Foundation. \u201cStarting with the CGS educational organization and expanding this essential program to introduce blockchain technology to students at high schools around the world, we are helping to prepare the next generation of innovators and leaders.\u201d
\nThe curriculum developed by Sui Foundation and implemented at CGS focuses on providing students with a general introduction to blockchain technology as well as the business and enterprise applications that it facilitates. The class includes lectures, hands-on tasks, and collaborative group work.
\n\u201cThrough this course, students will be able to explore the intergration of web3, technology, and strategic thinking,\u201d said Zoi Geitona, Head of School at Costeas – Geitonas School. \u201cWe are very grateful to the Sui Foundation for the opportunity to launch this program and be at the forefront of blockchain education.\u201d
\nIn the coming months, the Sui Foundation plans to make the new blockchain curriculum available to multiple schools around the world. In the near future, members from the Sui Foundation Education Team will be closely monitoring the progress of the pilot to provide support and learn how to improve the curriculum and prepare for expansion.<\/p>\n
