The running of the Sports Association is important for the sporting education of the pupils of the school, but also for the youth of the region.<\/p>\n<p>The goals of the Association are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The systematic development of the athletes\u2019 capabilities for their participation in competitive games.<\/li>\n<li>The simultaneous development of interest, love, engagement and promotion in any legal, fair and ethical means of sport. Additional aims are the promotion of the idea of \u200b\u200bfair play, physical education and the well-being of body and mind of today\u2019s youth.<\/li>\n<li>The training of athletes based on the ideals of the Olympic spirit and sportsmanship.<\/li>\n<li>The organization of sports competitions, seminars, meetings and events and the participation in competitions organized by third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clubs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Athletics<\/li>\n<li>Football<\/li>\n<li>Basketball<\/li>\n<li>Volleyball<\/li>\n<li>Fencing<\/li>\n<li>Tennis<\/li>\n<li>Swimming<\/li>\n<li>Gymnastics<\/li>\n<li>Skiing<\/li>\n<li>Water-skiing<\/li>\n<li>Climbing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The CGS Sports Association has over 250 actively registered athletes, many of whom have received distinctions, especially in the sports of fencing, basketball and football.
