CGS Educational Conference 2018
A unique educational event, Megaron, The Athens Concert Hall
Rethinking pedagogy is as crucial as identifying the new competencies that today’s learners need to develop.
Redefining the role of the educator and redesigning the learning process constitutes a revolution, which is currently underway globally and goes beyond the boundaries of the school environment.
Modern educational approaches combined with the dynamic penetration of Neuroscience in the field of learning design pave the way for a new era in the personal and professional growth of all learners and working individuals.
The ability to adapt to the ever-changing and demanding living and working conditions, critical thinking, creativity, resilience, empathy and the effective self-management of wit are life skills indispensable to all independent thinkers and active citizens.
The CGS Educational Conference aims to explore new trends in pedagogies and learning environments that contribute to the development and mastery of competencies and skills, and advance the quality of learning. Thus, it aims to inspire not only educators, but also professionals in other sectors to start thinking outside the box with respect to personal development at every age, both within and outside the classroom (Rethink Education).
