Online meeting with author Eugenia Triantafyllou

On the 2nd of December our St ENL students had the privilege of having an online meeting with author Eugenia Triantafyllou as part of the Immigration Unit of Inquiry. Her short story My Country Is a Ghost, published in Uncanny Magazine, was nominated for the prestigious Nebula prize in 2020 and served as an opportunity to discuss the effects of immigration on national identity. The students enjoyed the experience and asked questions about the story, immigration, loss, and the process of creative writing. We would like to thank Ms Triantafyllou for her time and insightful answers.
