Teachers in action!
The Pre – Kindergarten teachers became actresses for a day and performed the well – known fairy tale ‘The Three Billy Goats Gruff’ adapted to the Unit of Inquiry ‘Be my Friend’.
The three goats are good friends that help each other and know that sharing is caring. They want to cross a wooden bridge to eat the sweet, green grass. But there is a problem. A troll lives under the bridge and doesn’t let anyone cross it! However, the three friends help each other and finally reach the other side of the bridge. What about the lonely troll? He becomes friends with them, and he realizes that ‘The more we get together, the happier we ‘ll be’.
Teachers and students sang the song together and celebrated friendship in a meaningful and fun way!
