Each CGS student participates in Sport and Motion activities in the compulsory programme and has the opportunity to develop their motor skills through pedagogical and recreational games, to improve their teamwork and co-operation with others.
Among other things, the sports programme includes students’ participation in school teams, inter-house and inter-school championships, cross-country races and school festivals and / or at Private Schools’ Athletic Meets.
In the context of physical fitness and confidence-building, courses in swimming, which is part of the compulsory programme, are also offered. The student increases their muscular strength, the range of their movements and gains flexibility in their limbs.
